Job Description: We are actively seeking an experienced and skilled Office Secretary cum Receptionist to join our team in Sharjah. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, managing paperwork, handling email correspondence, and efficiently maintaining office documents. This position requires a candidate who is proficient in Microsoft Office applications and has strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Efficiently manage the reception area, greeting visitors and providing them with a positive first impression.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing communication, including sending and receiving emails and phone calls.
- Maintain and organize office documents, ensuring they are easily accessible when needed.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings, both internally and with external parties.
- Perform data entry and record-keeping tasks to support the day-to-day operations of the office.
- Help in managing office supplies, ensuring availability and reordering as necessary.
- Provide support to other team members when required and contribute to the smooth running of daily office operations.
- Proven experience as an Office Secretary or Receptionist, with knowledge of office procedures and equipment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills and a welcoming attitude towards visitors and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with great attention to detail.
